Advanced Guideline Issues: Criminal History – This program features senior members of the US Sentencing Commissions training staff, who explain the application of the Criminal History guidelines (§§ 4A1.1, 4A1.2). This program examines the calculation of the criminal history score, with attention to the interplay between criminal history and relevant conduct, as well as the definitions and instructions for computing criminal history.
